Frequently Asked Questions

Can you apply epoxy or polyaspartic coatings on exterior concrete?
Epoxy and polyaspartic coatings are suitable for concrete surfaces but not recommended for exteriors due to:
- Temperature fluctuations causing the concrete to expand beyond the limitations laid our by most product manufacturers.
- Moisture saturation in the soil around and under the concrete will permeate the concrete and lead to clouding or delamination of the coating.

Does your company offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all residential applications. On commercial or industrial projects we offer either a 1 year or 2 year warranty.

Can you apply epoxy or polyaspartic coatings year round?
Yes, our coatings can be applied year round with some limitations. If weather forecasts call for extremely cold temperatures we can place heaters in the space ahead of time to keep temperatures at optimal levels. We cannot apply our products to concrete that has a surface temperature colder than 20 degrees Fahrenheit.

Does the epoxy or polyaspartic have a smell after applied?
All products, regardless of their solids content, will have an odor during and after application. These dissipate within the first couple of days, but please keep in mind we use high-solids, non-toxic materials so the "smell" that comes from the product will not harm humans or animals.

What is meant by "solids content"?
Solids are the resinous compounds content of the product, it simply means the percentage of the mixed product that remains after the curing process has completed.

Does your company have a job minimum requirement?
While "No job too big or small" sounds great, we do have a minimum size requirement for our projects. Each project has unique circumstances, but the general rule of thumb is 200 square feet or greater.

Can you apply epoxy or polyaspartic coating on wood?
Epoxy and polyaspartic products are meant for applications on concrete substrates only. Wood expands and contracts at a wider variance than concrete which will cause fractures eventually, especially on large areas.

Does your company take payment prior to work being completed?
We do not collect deposits prior to installation. All details of payment including the exact amount and payment option (Check, cash, card, venmo, etc.) will be clarified on our contract, and payment is given upon job completion.

Does your company sell epoxy or polyaspartic products?
We do not offer any products for consumer purchase. We use industrial grade products that require application by a skilled and trained professional.
